Terms:
Our goal is to provide immediate access to an engineer to start troubleshooting your system. However, emergency services are handled on a first come, first serve basis. Services are provided remotely or via telephone. On-site service is subject to availability, scheduling, and travel fees.

"After Hours" is defined as anything on Saturday, Sunday, National USA Holidays, and anything before 8:00am or after 5:00pm Monday - Friday. This is based on Arizona time, which does not observe Daylight Savings Time.
