Q: How long have you been in business?
A: We have been in business since January 2002, serving Arizona for the past 6 years. We have also been serving various clients throughout the world since 2002 as well. We incorporated in the fall of 2004.
Q: Where are you located?
A: Our office is located in Chandler, Arizona near Elliot and Arizona Ave. The City of Chandler is a part of the Phoenix Metropolitan area.
Q: We are switching our infrastructure to Microsoft or Linux. Can you help us make the transition.
A: Yes. It is important to understand what network services are being utilized, and how they will be converted when the transition is made. Depending on the migration path, some network functionality could change drastically or be lost altogether. We can help you make the best decisions for an overall successful project.
Q: Explain your position with Novell solutions.
A: Our solutions are generally based on products from Novell, such as GroupWise or NetWare (Open Enterprise Server). Our primary expertise, training, and experience is also with Novell solutions. However, many networking concepts are non-vendor specific, and our high level of competency allows us to understand many different vendor implementations. It's very common for us to work with Windows, Citrix, or other non-Novell products, but usually we are integrating those products with our own Novell solutions.
Q: My NetWare server is down.
Can you fix it?
A: Yes. Of course we can. That's our specialty.
Q: We have an emergency. Can you fly out here right now?
A: Yes. We make our best effort to accommodate all network emergencies. We do travel occasionally, and will come to your location for any
consulting project or support issue. Typically we can fix most things remotely, but if we need to come on site, we will.
Q: How can you support me remotely?
A: Most of our services are performed remotely. This saves our customers time and money because it eliminates travel related expenses. We utilize top secret "Team RedJuju" technology to provide support to anyone, anywhere in the world. Virtually all support tasks can be completed
just as easily as being on-site (with the exception
of hardware failure). In most cases, no configuration changes or security holes are required for your router or firewall.
Q: Do you sell Novell software?
A: Yes, in fact, our sales team are Certified Novell Salespersons (CNS) and understand all of the complexities of the various licensing options. Our Novell Gold Partnership allows us to sell ANY Novell or Suse product or service.
